Ingredients:
- 1 package gelatin powder -10 grams (I use gelatin strips 20gram)
- 2.5 liters of coconut water - the result of three young coconuts if less you may add plain water.
- Young coconut meat –(Isi Kelapa Muda)
- 11 tablespoons of sugar (I use normal sugar and lump sugar)
- Pandan flavor and green coloring also can (Optional)
- 3 pandan leaves
Preparation:
- Put the Coconut water, Pandan leaves and Jelly strips into pan and boil. Once the jelly is melting put the sugar. (If you using Jelly powder; Put the coconut water, jelly powder, sugar and pandan leaves to in the pot.)
- Wait until boiling and add the coconut meat. Off the stove.
- Pour the Jelly into the mold
- Chill in the refrigerator and serve once it’s ready.
