Kailan Ikan Masin


Let's try ...

Ingredients:
  •  Kailan
  • 2 cm  salted fish
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 chillies, chopped
  • Oil
 Preparation:

1.       Wash and cut the kailan into small pieces according to your taste.
2.       Take the onion and garlic and finely chopped.
3.       Clean the salted fish and cut into small pieces. Fry the salted fish in hot oil until totally dry
4.       Heat oil and put all the onions and chilli. Fry onions until transparent
5.       Add kailan and continue to stir. If it looks dry, you can add a little water.
6.       Fry till its cooked and sprinkle the salted fish. It’s ready now.
*No need to use salt in this recipe as the salted fish is enough.
