Egg Sambal

This is one of the Easy Peasy Recipe...It hardly took me 15 min to make apart from the 
cooking time of the eggs. This is a easy egg preparation, its try...



Ingredient A:
10 dried Chilies
1 large Onion 
1 large Tomato
1 inch Ginger
(Grid fine the Ingredient A)

10 Eggs - Boil the eggs and remove the shells. (i used kampong eggs) 
1 large onion finely sliced
Salt  

How to make it
Fry the finely sliced onions, till golden brown. Than add the ingredient A and fry it in low heat with adding little water .

When the oil starts rising to the top, add the eggs. (You can fry a bit the boiled egg if you want)
Bring it to boil and let it then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
I serve it with my Tomato Rice….huhuhuhu J
