Tomato Rice

Temptation to eat Tomato rice and coincidently see ingredients already available, then I goes for it J




Ingredients  A

4 tablespoons ghee
2 cloves of Garlic - minced
1 Onion - finely sliced
1 inch Ginger - sliced ​​finely
1 Cardamom (Buah Pelaga)
3-4 Cloves (Bunga Cengkih)
1 Cinnamon (Kayu Manis)
1 Star anise (bunga lawang)

Ingredients  B

1/4 cup Evaporated milk (Susu Cair)
3 Tomatoes finely cut into small dice (Potong Dadu hancur)
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
Salt + Sugar
3 pot - Rice (soaked in water for 15 minutes and filtered)

Let's start....

Saute the ingredient A until fragrant, than add in the ingredients B except rice .

Stir until the tomato become smooth.  Put the ingredients into rice cooker  then add the rice and water to cook rice (measure range of normal water).  Stir often as possible but do not get the rice crushed.
Just turn it so that the rice is cooked evenly.
