Ayam Goreng Pandan



I wanted to make a special chicken dish, which tastes really good and I should say this recipe is finger licking good even bit more work to preparing it. 
My Mission on Ayam Pandan fry was success… Yahooo….





Ingredients

*5-6  Red Onion (small onion)
*3 Cloves  Garlic 
*2 inch Ginger
*2 inch Turmeric 
*4 Lemon Grass
*15 Chili Padi
*1 tsp coriander
*1 tsp Fennel (Jintan Manis)
*1 tsp Cumin (Jintan Putih)
2 tbp Coconut Milk (Santan)
Salt
  1.  Chicken cleaned and cut small pieces.
  2. Grid all the ingredients marked *. Mix ingredients with chicken, milk, salt.
  3. Marinate the chicken, I marinated the chicken overnight.
  4. Wrap the chicken well with the Pandan leaves.
  5. Push a pre-pack chicken skewers so do not come off.
  6. Trim the excess ends of the leaves so neat.
  7. Than fry until golden brown with medium heat.


 Now it’s ready the finger licking Ayam Pandan fry.


Marinate the chicken

Wrap the chicken well with the Pandan leaves.
