Egg Toast Bread For Breakfast



Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread, you may lightly toast the bread
    (
    make sure it’s dry a little bit)
  • 1 tbsp butter / oil
  • Pepper / salt for seasoning / Red chili flakes (which ever you like as per your taste)
  • Mold (5 cm or more), or use egg ring or cup



Preparation:
  • Put butter in a pan, heat until melted, circulate throughout the pan so that the eggs do not stick later.
  • You may lightly toast the bread than mold the Bread, or use the cup lid as a guide and cut into circles using a knife.  Place the bread in the pan.
  • Toast the bread in the non-stick pan over medium heat, let it absorb the butter.  It will be a little soft. And turn the bread every minute, until it is dry again.
  • Make sure the pan is really hot (test with egg white). When it is hot, add eggs to the bread holes earlier. Be careful not to spill!
  • Cook to desired level of doneness. if you want the egg fully cooked, you may flip and cook another minute but it's won't look pretty. I am prefer to put it into over for a minute so that the top egg will be cooked and the bread is looking pretty.  
  • Now you can Sprinkle a little pepper and seasoning of your choice to the top of the egg, and can be served. happy trying...
